About Me

I studied glass in fine art and architecture at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design and I now work from a studio at the Barbican Arts Group Trust. My glasswork ranges from public art installations to lightboxes, panels, vessels and tiles. I also produce paintings and prints.

My work is often multi-layered, both physically and thematically and I am frequently drawn to things that might be considered worthless, or even repellent. Selecting the materials and processes that seem most apt, I explore each subject over time, gradually revealing unexpected connections and revealing new aspects to the familiar. Finished pieces may sometimes seem seductive, yet they always retain hints and traces of their origins, prompting the viewer to reconsider and examine themes and subjects they might find intially unpleasant or unimportant.

Commissions & Sales

I welcome commissions and direct purchase – from smaller items, such as vessels and jewellery, to glass sculptures and larger-scale artworks for the home or public context. To discuss your requirements or just to find out more please contact me.
